At Shyamansh Marble Moorti & Handicraft Art, we take great pride in crafting high-quality marble statues, idols, and handicrafts. Every piece is handcrafted with care, and we ensure secure, specialized packaging for safe delivery. Due to the fragile, heavy, and often custom nature of our products, please read our policy carefully.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Return Guidelines

  • Return Window: Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, unaltered, and in their original, secure packaging.
  • Eligibility: Returns are generally only accepted for items damaged during transit or manufacturing defects (e.g., cracks, broken corners, incorrect product shipped).

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-Made Orders: Personalized, custom-designed, or made-to-order marble statues are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged during transit.
  • Natural Variations: Marble is a natural material. Variations in color, veining, texture, and minor natural spots are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
  • Misuse/Installation Damage: Damage caused by improper installation or customer misuse.

3. Damaged During Transit

We take utmost care in packaging, but in the rare event an item arrives damaged:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a damage claim, you must provide a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing process, starting from the sealed, unopened box to the damaged item.
  • Reporting Time: Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Documentation: Please send your order number, unboxing video, and photos of the damaged item/packaging to contact@shyamanshhandicraft.com

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Shipping: You may cancel your order within 24-48 hours of placing it. A full refund will be processed.
  • Post-Shipping: If the item has already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Custom Order Cancellation: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.

5. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for damage/use.
  • Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
  • Method: Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment (bank transfer, credit card, etc.) within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
